So... What is Met Gala? 

 The Costume Institute's annual Benefit Gala (a.k.a. The Met), co-chaired by Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, is an extremely popular, if exclusive, event in the fashion world; in 2007, the 700 available tickets started at $6,500 per person.
So, you'd better gain some celebrity points if you want to step on the red carpet at one of the most exclusive
events in the fashion world.

What do we know about her?


She was born in Ixelles, Belgium, and she spent a part of her childhood in Holland. She was the only child of  
Joseph Victor Anthony Ruston and Ella van Heemstra.
She took courses of ballet for many years and she was very close to become the first ballerina, but her teacher advised her to apply for a acting career.
She starred in several musicals and had a series of roles in British films.
She appeard on the cover of TIME in 1953.

Friendship with Hubert de Givenchy and the jewelery designer of the store Tiffany & Co. (Audrey was the second person who wore the biggest diamond in America, in "Breakfast at Tiffany's") has turned it into a fashion icon whom style proved the

unrepeatable time and flawless.

Audrey is now considered a model of beauty and elegance, being named "the most beautiful woman from 20th century". She died in 1993 at 63 years old, remaining in film history as one of the most beautiful classical stars of the world.

Her style, her natural beauty.. I simply adore her!
